AI collage in your browser
The web AI collage editor analyzes and renders your selected photos and videos on your device. Media, face-detection results and scene edits are not uploaded. Drafts and their source media are saved in this browser, and can be deleted from the editor. Clearing browser storage also removes them.
The editor downloads its analysis model, rendering software and any music you choose. Website analytics measure feature use and broad file-count groups, without filenames, media content or face data. This local web workflow is separate from the mobile app services described below.

This Privacy Policy describes how Momentic ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Video Collage mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
- When you sign in with your Google account, we collect your name, profile picture (avatar), and Google ID token. This information is stored on our servers to maintain your account.
- On iPhone and iPad, when you sign in with Apple, we receive a user identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address (or an Apple private relay address). This information is stored on our servers to maintain your account.
- You may optionally provide social media profile links (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) within the App.
1.2 Information You Provide
- Contact Information: If you contact us via email for support or feedback, we collect your email address and the content of your message.
- Purchase Information: When you subscribe to premium features, your purchase is processed through the Apple App Store (iPhone, iPad) or Google Play (Android), and RevenueCat. We receive a transaction identifier and subscription status, but we do not collect or store your payment card details. Your subscription is linked to your account if you are signed in.
1.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, device token for push notifications, and screen dimensions.
- Advertising Identifier (Android only): Google Advertising ID, used to serve personalized ads. You can reset or opt out of this identifier in your device settings. The iPhone and iPad app shows no ads and does not track you.
- Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, crash logs, and performance data collected through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
- Network Information: IP address and network connection type for delivering content and ads.
1.4 Media You Provide for AI Features
- AI Photo Styles (iPhone, iPad) and AI photo and video styles (Android): when you use these features, the photo or video you choose is uploaded to our servers and then processed by our AI service partners, which use image models from OpenAI and Google, to create your styled result. On iPhone and iPad we ask for your permission before your first upload, and you can withdraw it at any time in Settings > AI photo sharing.
- We send only the media you select, without location data, together with the technical information needed to deliver the result (your account identifier, device model, operating system and app version, language and region).
- Your uploaded media and the result are kept in My Creations so you can see them again, until you delete your account.
- We do not use your media to train AI models, and we use it only to deliver the result you asked for.
- AI Video Collage works entirely on your device: your photos and videos are analysed and rendered on the phone and are not uploaded.
2. Device Permissions
The App requests the following permissions on your device:

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the App's core features (video collage, slideshow, square video editing)
- Authenticate your identity and maintain your account
- Process your photos and videos through our AI style-transfer features
- Process and manage your premium subscriptions
- Display advertisements to free-tier users (Android only)
- Send push notifications (with your consent)
- Analyze app performance, diagnose crashes, and improve app quality
- Respond to your support requests
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of third parties, solely to operate and improve the App:
Authentication
- Google Identity Services — Sign-in via Google account (Android)
- Sign in with Apple — Sign-in via Apple account (iPhone, iPad)
AI Processing
- AI service partners using OpenAI and Google image models — only for the AI photo and video styles you request
Advertising & Analytics
- Google AdMob — In-app ad serving (Android only; the iPhone and iPad app shows no ads)
- Google Ads — App promotion and install campaign attribution
- Google Play Services — Core device services
- Firebase Analytics — Usage analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics — Crash reporting
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — Push notifications
Subscription Management
- Apple App Store (iPhone, iPad) and Google Play (Android) — Payments
- RevenueCat — In-app purchase and subscription processing
These third parties may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, advertising identifiers, and approximate location. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Google Ads & App Promotion: We use Google Ads to promote the App. When you install the App through a Google ad, Google may share install attribution data (such as the ad campaign that led to the install) with us. This data does not include personally identifiable information. Google's collection and use of data for advertising is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, community posts, comments, likes and stored AI results are deleted; purchase records and unused credits are kept for transaction records.
- AI photo and video styles: Your uploaded media and the result are kept in My Creations until you delete your account.
- Analytics data: Retained according to Firebase's default retention policies (typically 14 months).
- Crash reports: Retained for up to 90 days.
- Support emails: Retained for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.
- Subscription data: Retained by RevenueCat for the duration of your subscription and as required for transaction records.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all communications between the App and our servers. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- Sign out or delete your account: You can sign out at any time within the App, and delete your account in the App (Android: Settings, your profile, Delete account; iOS: Settings, your account, Delete Account). See how to delete your account, including without the App.
- Opt out of personalized ads: Adjust your Google Advertising ID settings in your device's Settings > Privacy.
- Manage permissions: Revoke camera, microphone, or storage permissions at any time through your device settings.
- Delete your data: You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by contacting us at the email below.
- Manage notifications: Disable push notifications through your device settings.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
