Delete your Video Collage account
In the app
- Android: open Settings (the gear on the home screen), tap your profile at the top, then tap Delete account and confirm.
- iPhone and iPad: open Settings in the app, tap your account at the top, then tap Delete Account and confirm.
Without the app
Email momentic@outlook.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, profile picture and social links.
- Your community posts and their videos, plus your comments and likes. Posts disappear at once; their files are removed from our storage within a few days.
- Your AI photo and video results stored on our servers.
What is kept
- Purchase records and any unused AI credits, as required for transaction records. Signing in again with the same account restores unused credits.
- Records of accounts blocked for breaking the community rules, so a block cannot be undone by deleting the account.
- Videos saved on your phone. They are yours and stay on your device.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions in Google Play or in your Apple ID settings. See the Privacy Policy for more.
